1. Introduction
Radix Lawn & Pest ("Radix," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Radix Lawn and Pest LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise handle personal information when you visit our websites or lead-generation funnels, submit an inquiry, respond to a questionnaire, request a consultation or quote, schedule an appointment, interact with our advertisements, or otherwise communicate with us.
This Privacy Policy applies to our website and lead-generation activities, including our site at offers.radixlawnandpest.com.
Our services and lead-generation forms are intended for adults age 18 or older.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- your full name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- home or property address, when provided;
- information about lawn, weed, or pest concerns;
- information about treatments you may previously have attempted;
- consultation preferences;
- requested appointment dates or times;
- responses to similar questions that help us understand your property or service needs; and
- information you provide when communicating with Radix.
The exact questions in our funnel may change as we update the way we qualify inquiries or understand customers' service needs.
We may also receive information you choose to submit through Facebook or Instagram Ads, Calendly, or other services we use in connection with an inquiry or appointment.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you interact with our website or funnel, we and our technology providers may automatically process certain technical, usage, and advertising information.
Depending on the technologies and settings in use, this may include information concerning:
- pages or funnel steps viewed;
- funnel interactions and conversion events;
- referral or advertising source;
- UTM or campaign information;
- cookie preferences;
- approximate timing and session information; and
- technical identifiers or device/network information used by our service providers to operate, measure, secure, or improve their services.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies where appropriate to operate our funnel, remember choices, understand funnel performance, measure advertising results, and support advertising functionality.
Our current advertising technology includes the Meta Pixel. We also use Meta Conversions API, which can transmit advertising and conversion-event information to Meta through server-side technology.
Depending on our configuration, these technologies may be used to:
- measure visits and conversions;
- understand which advertisements led to inquiries;
- analyze funnel performance;
- improve advertising campaigns;
- build or improve advertising audiences; and
- support retargeting or remarketing when enabled.
Where cookie controls are provided, you may use those controls to manage nonessential cookie preferences. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete certain cookies, although doing so may affect functionality or measurement.
5. Meta Advertising Technologies
Radix advertises through Facebook and Instagram and uses Meta advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
Depending on our settings, Meta may receive information about website or funnel events and identifiers used to measure advertising performance, attribute conversions, improve advertisements, or create advertising audiences.
Meta processes information through its own systems under Meta's applicable terms and privacy practices. Radix does not control Meta's independent systems.
We may use Custom Audiences, retargeting, remarketing, or similar Meta advertising features where enabled and legally permitted.
6. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries;
- contact prospective customers;
- schedule or confirm consultations;
- provide requested information or quotes;
- understand lawn and pest-control needs;
- determine whether services or promotions may be appropriate for a property;
- communicate about Radix services;
- follow up after an inquiry;
- provide customer service;
- send promotional or marketing communications where legally permitted;
- measure advertising and conversions;
- perform funnel and marketing analytics;
- improve our advertising and lead-generation activities;
- conduct retargeting or remarketing where enabled;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse;
- maintain the security and reliability of our systems;
- maintain business and compliance records;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights or claims.
7. Communications With You
If you submit an inquiry, request an offer, or request a consultation, Radix may contact you using the contact information you provide to respond to that request.
Current follow-up may include manually initiated telephone calls, text messages, or email concerning your inquiry, scheduling, consultation, requested offer, or relevant Radix services.
Radix may also send promotional email and, where appropriate, other marketing communications.
Submitting the lead-generation funnel does not enroll you in a 12-month lawn or pest-control service agreement. Actual enrollment requires separate review and execution of the applicable Service Agreement.
8. Marketing Choices
You may ask Radix to stop marketing communications.
For marketing text messages, you may reply STOP or otherwise clearly tell us that you no longer want marketing texts.
Promotional emails will include an unsubscribe method where required. You may also contact us at [email protected].
We may continue to send communications that are reasonably necessary to respond to an active request, administer an existing customer relationship, provide service-related information, address safety or security matters, or comply with law when those communications are legally permitted.
9. How We Share Information
We do not sell lead or customer information to unrelated companies in exchange for money.
We may disclose information to companies that help us operate our business or provide our services, including, where applicable:
- Perspective, which supports funnel hosting, lead collection, customer relationship management, and analytics;
- Calendly, which assists with scheduling;
- Meta, in connection with Facebook and Instagram advertising, measurement, analytics, and audience tools;
- website, hosting, and technology providers;
- CRM and communications providers;
- analytics and advertising providers;
- contractors or service providers performing work for Radix; and
- accountants, attorneys, insurers, and other professional advisers.
These disclosures are made for legitimate business, operational, advertising, security, or legal purposes.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with law, legal process, subpoenas, court orders, or governmental requests;
- investigate fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
- enforce agreements or protect our rights, customers, employees, or property; or
- complete or evaluate a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
Some privacy laws use broader defined terms such as "sale," "sharing," "targeted advertising," or "cross-context behavioral advertising." If a law using those definitions becomes applicable to Radix, we will provide any notices or choices that law requires.
10. Calendly and Other Third-Party Services
We may use Calendly to allow prospects to request or schedule consultations.
Information you submit through Calendly may be processed by Calendly to provide scheduling functionality. Calendly also operates its own systems and is subject to its applicable privacy practices and terms.
Our websites or communications may contain links to other third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- managing inquiries and customer relationships;
- providing services;
- maintaining business and accounting records;
- complying with legal and regulatory obligations;
- maintaining marketing opt-out records;
- preventing fraud or abuse;
- resolving disputes; and
- establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain and the size and nature of our business.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and may not be legally required in every situation. Where a request is not required by law, Radix may nevertheless choose to honor a reasonable request when doing so is practical and consistent with our legal, business, recordkeeping, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.
We may take reasonable steps to verify a request before acting on it.
We may retain information when necessary to comply with law, maintain opt-out or suppression records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect legal rights.
14. Children's Privacy
Our funnel and services are intended for adults age 18 or older and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact [email protected].
15. U.S. and Idaho Operations
Radix currently provides lawn and pest services in Idaho.
Privacy rights and obligations can vary by jurisdiction. If additional privacy laws become applicable to our operations or to a particular consumer, we will handle personal information and requests as required by applicable law.

Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 08-19-2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of websites, lead-generation funnels, forms, scheduling features, and related pre-service interactions operated by Radix Lawn and Pest LLC under the name Radix Lawn & Pest ("Radix," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using these online services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Eligibility
Our lead-generation funnel and services are intended for individuals age 18 or older.
By submitting an inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Website and Funnel Use
Our website and funnel allow prospective customers to learn about Radix, answer questions about their lawn or pest-control needs, request information, obtain estimates, request or schedule consultations, and communicate with Radix.
You may use these services only for lawful purposes.
4. Information Requests and Consultations
Submitting information through our website or funnel authorizes Radix to process that information for purposes described in our Privacy Policy and to respond to your request as described in the disclosure presented when you submit the form.
Appointment and consultation requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
5. Funnel Submission Does Not Create a Service Contract
Submitting a form does not enroll you in a 12-month lawn or pest-control program.
Similarly, none of the following, by itself, creates a lawn or pest-control service contract:
- submitting an inquiry;
- providing contact information;
- answering funnel questions;
- requesting information;
- requesting a consultation;
- selecting a preferred appointment date or time; or
- receiving an online estimate.
Before actual enrollment or services begin, the customer must separately review and sign the applicable Radix Service Agreement.
6. $50 Introductory Offer
Radix may advertise an introductory offer under which the initial lawn and pest treatment is $50 for qualifying new customers who enroll in the applicable 12-month lawn and pest program.
The $50 amount applies to the qualifying initial treatment only. It is not the total price of the 12-month program.
Eligibility requirements, property requirements, service-area limitations, availability, and other terms of the promotion may apply.
Submitting the funnel does not itself enroll you in the program or obligate you to purchase it.
Radix may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue a promotion prospectively where legally permitted. Such changes will not retroactively alter an executed customer Service Agreement.
7. Pricing and Online Estimates
Ongoing service pricing depends on factors associated with the customer's property and service needs.
Any recurring amount displayed online, including an amount around $129 per month, is an estimate unless expressly identified as a final quote.
Online estimates do not guarantee final pricing.
Before services begin, final pricing and applicable program obligations will be communicated to the customer and established through the separately executed Service Agreement.
8. Separate Customer Service Agreement
Actual lawn-care and pest-control services are governed by the customer's applicable signed Service Agreement.
The Service Agreement may address matters including:
- final pricing;
- program duration;
- service or treatment frequency;
- payment obligations;
- cancellation and termination;
- warranties or re-service rights;
- customer responsibilities; and
- other service-specific terms.
These Website Terms do not replace the Service Agreement.
If these Terms and an executed Service Agreement conflict concerning the customer's actual purchased lawn or pest-control services, the executed Service Agreement controls with respect to those services.
These Terms continue to govern website and funnel use and other matters within their scope unless the executed Service Agreement expressly provides otherwise.
9. Service Information and Results
Website and advertising materials provide general information concerning Radix services.
Lawn and pest-control conditions and results may vary based on factors including property conditions, weather, pests, vegetation, prior treatment, customer maintenance, environmental conditions, and other circumstances.
General website statements are not intended to create a warranty or guarantee unless Radix expressly states otherwise in an applicable written Service Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits or eliminates a warranty, guarantee, re-service right, or other obligation expressly provided in an executed Service Agreement.
10. Information You Provide
Please provide accurate and reasonably current information when submitting an inquiry or requesting a consultation.
Do not submit:
- false or fraudulent information;
- another person's information without authorization;
- malicious code;
- unlawful material; or
- information for the purpose of interfering with or abusing our systems.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Radix or its licensors own or lawfully use the content presented through our website and funnel, including Radix branding, logos, copy, photographs, graphics, designs, marketing materials, and other protected content.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Radix intellectual property or third-party intellectual property to you.
You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes associated with evaluating or purchasing Radix services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit, or commercially use protected Radix content without authorization except as permitted by law.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website, funnel, forms, or systems to:
- violate law;
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- impersonate another person or business;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or data;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- disrupt or overload our systems;
- circumvent security measures;
- scrape or extract website information through unauthorized automated means;
- misuse lead or appointment forms;
- infringe intellectual-property rights; or
- interfere with another person's lawful use of our services.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and funnel may use or link to third-party services, including Perspective, Calendly, Meta, and other technology providers.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Radix does not own or control those independent systems merely because they are integrated into or linked from our website.
14. Website Accuracy and Corrections
We try to present accurate and useful information.
However, website materials may occasionally contain typographical mistakes, outdated information, technical errors, or display errors.
Radix may correct online errors or update website information when appropriate.
This provision does not permit Radix to engage in deceptive advertising, withhold material terms, or retroactively change obligations contained in an executed Service Agreement.
15. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the website, funnel, appointment tools, or third-party integrations will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue website functionality when reasonably necessary.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, funnel, and general informational content are provided on an "as available" basis.
Radix does not make warranties concerning the uninterrupted operation of the website or the absolute accuracy of generalized website information beyond warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed.
This section concerns website and funnel use. It does not eliminate any obligations or warranties expressly contained in a customer's executed Service Agreement or any rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from the use of, inability to use, or misuse of our website or lead-generation funnel.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This website limitation is not intended to override liability provisions contained in an executed Service Agreement concerning actual lawn or pest-control services.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs incurred by Radix to the extent they directly result from your unlawful misuse of our website, your intentional violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Radix for Radix's own unlawful conduct.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another law that cannot be waived requires otherwise.
20. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
21. Waiver
A failure by Radix to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
22. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms in connection with website use without Radix's written consent.
Radix may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, reorganization, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
23. Entire Agreement for Website Matters
These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Radix concerning the website, lead-generation funnel, and other matters specifically governed by these Terms.
They do not constitute the entire agreement concerning lawn or pest-control services and do not replace a separately executed Service Agreement.
24. Changes to These Terms
Radix may update these Terms prospectively as our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
Changes to these Website Terms do not retroactively modify an already executed Service Agreement unless that agreement and applicable law expressly permit such a modification.
